1. In General

Access to and use of this Website and the products and services available through this Website (collectively, the "Services") are subject to the following terms, conditions and notices (the "Terms of Service"). By using the Services, you are agreeing to all of the Terms of Service, as may be updated by us from time to time. You should check this page regularly to take notice of any changes we may have made to the Terms of Service.

Access to this Website is permitted on a temporary basis, and we reserve the right to withdraw or amend the Services without notice. We will not be liable if for any reason this Website is unavailable at any time or for any period. From time to time, we may restrict access to some parts or all of this Website.

2. Our Contract

When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail confirming receipt of your order: this email will only be an acknowledgement and will not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract between us will not be formed until we send you confirmation by e-mail that the goods which you ordered have been dispatched to you. Only those goods listed in the confirmation e-mail sent at the time of dispatch will be included in the contract formed.

3. Pricing and Availability

Whilst we try and ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on this Website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund. All prices are inclusive of VAT. Delivery costs will be charged in addition; such additional charges are clearly displayed where applicable and included in the 'Total Cost'.

4. Payment

If purchasing an item directly from our website with no customisation required, we would require payment in full in advance. If customising an item or items designed via the Design Your Own service, following agreement of your design (unless otherwise agreed) to secure your order, a 25% non-refundable deposit is required. The balance must be paid prior to your goods being dispatched.

All deposits must be paid within 28 days of invoice to secure your order (unless otherwise agreed - see below). Failure to do so may result in IKollection offering your schedule slot to another customer. Special terms for payment or deposit due date may be offered in exceptional circumstances and are offered in good faith. Failure to adhere to these terms, may result in IKollection requesting immediate payment in full, changing your scheduled dates or in extreme circumstances, cancelling your order.

5. Payment Methods

We accept the following forms of payment:

Personal Cheque made payable to IKollection (UK Customers only) Credit and Debit Card via PayPal & cash; This can be done in 3 easy steps: Set up at PayPal account at www.paypal.com, Click the send money tab and enter the amount and send to our e-mail address: customerservices@IKollection.co.uk Your items will be dispatched upon clearance of funds.

6. Postage & Shipping

IKollection ships items to every destination globally. Standard shipping costs apply to UK and European destinations.

We calculate the shipping costs per item for most destinations automatically. If you are living outside Europe , we will confirm the shipping costs for your order depending on destination and number of items ordered.

In some cases where items are shipped to more unusual destinations IKollection will confirm the shipping costs prior to the acceptance of the order. No contractual relationship exists before the terms of delivery have been agreed.

IKollection is not responsible for the delivery times of the chosen carrier. IKollection is not responsible for any import taxes/charges incurred from your purchase.

7. Delivery Times

IKollection handmade products are made to order. Our standard delivery times are as follows:

a)Items purchased within current collections- please allow 7 days for delivery.

b)Bespoke designs and customised items from our collection or portfolio- we aim to deliver within 4 weeks or by a pre-agreed date.

c)Urgent orders- Urgent orders are possible. Please contact us with your requirements and we will do our best to accommodate you.



During busy periods it may be necessary to alter these delivery times, but we will inform you at the time.

8. Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your order up to 24 hours after the order has been placed or at least before the order has been dispatched. In most cases, you will receive an e-mail that your order has been dispatched.

9. Returns Policy

a) Direct Website Purchase- If you are unhappy with your purchase please email us within 3 days of delivery. A replacement or refund will be provided for the total value of the goods ordered provided they are returned:

In their original condition & packaged securely in their original packaging. Within 7 days (UK) of purchase.

For International Customers, returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase in their original packaging.

The returner is responsible for paying return postage and no postage or shipping costs will be refunded.



b) Bespoke/Customised Designs - All completed pieces are photographed and sent to the customer for approval. (In some instances it may be possible to meet the customer face to face)

Confirmation that the customer is happy with the item in the photograph is taken as acceptance of the piece. All pieces are photographed prior to dispatch as proof of completion and condition.

Returns are only accepted on the following exceptional basis:



The piece has been damaged in transit and we must be contacted on the day of receipt.

The piece is faulty and we must be contacted on the day of receipt. In these exceptional circumstances we are happy to replace/repair the order provided they are returned:

10. Product Quality

As all of our products are handmade, there may be slight variations between the items you see on our website and those you receive. The colour control of all materials used in making our products are the responsibility of our suppliers and may occasionally differ from what is shown. All items leave IKollection in perfect condition. Any items that are damaged during transit may be returned for replacement or refund.

11. Disclaimer

All of our products are made to a high standard and solely for the purpose of being used as fashion items and accessories and are to be used in accordance with this purpose. These products are not suitable for children, as the beads may become a choking hazard if swallowed. IKollection accepts no responsibility for injury caused by the destruction or misuse of these items.

12. Ownership Rights

All product designs are exclusive to IKollection and remain the intellectual property of IKollection.

IKollection reserves the right to use the design in its advertising. IKollection also reserves the right to use any feedback you provide on our website. The content and images contained in this website are the property of IKollection. No part of this website or any of the designs on this website may be copied or used without the express permission of IKollection. IKollection reserves the right to seek legal recourse if any of the designs featured on this website are copied or plagierised.
